Preschool and Children's Ministries

The purpose of the Preschool and Children's Ministries is to lay spiritual foundations in the hearts and lives of preschoolers and children upon which they may build a life for Christ.  We seek to do this through the offerings of many different ministry activities.  Summers are full of activities with summer fun days, summer Wednesday nights, Vacation Bible School, and an Older Children's Camp.  During the school year, we offer mission organizations (Mission Friends, GA's, and RA's), Bible Buddies, Bible Drills, and the His Kids Wednesday After school Program.  We offer age-graded Sunday School every Sunday morning and a Children's Church for children in K-4 through second grade.  We have  Kindergarten program during the School year and a daycare that runs year round for 18-months through completed K-5.  We also have the sports ministry of Upward Basketball and Cheerleading!  It's a fun time for kids at First Baptist Church as they learn more about the love of Jesus!
